According to the Kennebec Journal, a Maine man was arrested following a traffic stop on Tuesday.

Prior to the arrest, police responded to a home on Vienna road in Chesterville after reports of a domestic disturbance. Reports indicate that a brother had assaulted his sister, both adults, and then fled the scene, says the KJ.

Later in the night, police got another report that the alleged offender had returned and was breaking windows in the home. The Kennebec Journal reports that during their response back to the residence, police intercepted the suspect's vehicle and proceeded to make a traffic stop.

Deputies stopped 22-year-old, Craig H Bullen Jr of Wilton, Tuesday night and charged him with operating under the influence, aggravated criminal mischief, domestic violence stalking and assault, the KJ reports.

If convicted on the stalking and aggravated criminal mischief charges, Bullen faces cup to five years in prison and a maximum $5,000 fine. If he is convicted on the other charges, they are each punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a maximum $2,000 fine, according to the Kennebec Journal.
