Two People Injured In Lewiston Garage Explosion
According to New England Cable News, two people were injured in a Friday morning explosion in Lewiston.
When first responders arrived on the scene, the found the Rotary Auto Center building, located on Sabattus Street, in flames. The explosion, which happened in the back of the building, left the building damaged beyond repair.
Fortunately, the injuries were minor. One person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The other was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Officials continue to look into the cause of the explosion and fire.
