One of the simple joys of childhood is a trip to the local playground. Slides, swings, climbing structures, those people powered merry-go-rounds, and all your friends.

Your kids get a chance to exercise and the parents have a chance to socialize. Plus, they're free to use. So, it's a win, win, win!

If your kids are tired of going to the same playgrounds over and over, we've put together a list of other playgrounds you can check out. As you can see, our list is separated into sections. There is a chunk for the Augusta area, a block of playgrounds in the Waterville / Winslow area, and one for the mid-coast area.
