According to the KJ, a 29 year old man from Monmouth was killed while walking along Main Street on Thursday morning

Kyle Foyt-Bridges was struck and killed by a car driven by 35 year old Randy Chang, of Farmingdale.

The accident happened near 299 Main Street in Monmouth at about 5:20 AM.  At the time, it was extremely foggy.  Also a factor in the accident was the fact that Foyt-Bridges was wearing dark clothes and walking along the pavement.

No charges have been filed in the accident and members of law enforcement say they do not anticipate any charges will be filed.  It appears that, because of the dense fog and clothing the deceased was wearing, it is just a tragic accident.
