Food Truck Festival Focus: Heard Food Truck- Great Food that is Gluten Free
The Food Truck Festival comes to the Gardiner Waterfront on May 20th and it is going to a day of food, music, beverages and fun!
One of the trucks that will be there is Heard Food Truck. I will warn you; do not look at their Facebook page if you are hungry, SO many good things to eat. The foods are gluten free. Don’t let that scare you. SO many yummy foods are just naturally gluten free and finding alternatives to gluten it means the foods from Heard Food Truck will just be supper yummy foods.
They told me the beer battered onion rings will also be served up that day, gyros, and sliders among other goodies. What drew me in was an ingredient they use that I don’t see on food trucks that often and that I love…and that is tofu. Check out the beer battered tofu. Sounds good to this girl! Bon appetit, baby!
