Crazy Video Captures High Voltage Power Lines Sparking in Biddeford

During Thursday's powerful nor'easter that hit Maine, there were several reports of downed trees and power lines. One of those reports came in from Bacon Street in Biddeford as Colby Thomas captured the moments high voltage power lines began sparking out of control.
