Three Inspirational Books That Really Helped Kristi
Over the past five years, I've worked hard at switching my mindset from the "cup is always empty" to the cups is almost always full. This didn't happen over night, I'm human and still have "off" days, but I couldn't have done it without these 3 very inspiring books.
Fear is Not the Boss of You by Jennifer Allwood, is the type of book that makes you think and re-evaluate your life, those around you, and the next steps you should take. Fear can be debilitating, but Jennifer shows you that fear is not the boss, YOU are.
Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis, helps you realize that you're not "stuck", you're not a "bad mom" and may other lies we tell ourselves each day. We are our minds own worse enemy. Rachel, through sharing her trials and tribulations, makes you want to wash your face and just keep going.
You Are A Badass: How to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero, is the book that gives you a much needed laugh but will also punch you in the gut with some pretty hard truths. Remember, though often times it's those hard truths that really help us blossom into the person we are mean to be.
So, if you're looking for a new view at life, or maybe you just need an inspiring push to get you to that point, I highly recommend these books.
