76-year-old, Eleanor Grant of Hampden, has been located safely

According to a press release from the Maine Department of Public Safety, 76 year old Eleanor Grant of Hampden was last seen leaving Easter Maine Medical Center at about 8 PM last night Sunday, December 12th).
Ms. Grant reportedly suffers from dementia. She left the hospital on foot.
She is described as being a white female, 5' 3", 170 pounds. She has gray hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark red jacket, white shirts, black pants, and sneakers.
