According to WGME 13, a Maine man is in custody following multiple attempted break-ins in Greenbush, Maine.

The news article reports that 33-year-old, Justin Masters, of Greenbush, was arrested on Monday evening after 911 calls came into area dispatchers about a man trying to break into at least two homes on Greenfield Road.

Police say the first of multiple 911 calls was received at 8:20 Monday evening where a resident on Greenfield Road told dispatchers that a man had broken into their home through a window. That homeowner said they fired a gun at the intruder.

As Sheriff's deputies were responding to the initial 911 call, a second one came in and was again of a report of an attempted break-in by the same suspect.

Police then arrived in the area of the second call for help and found the suspect standing in the middle of the road. Officials then attempted to take him into custody but started to flee on foot. Deputies quickly apprehended and took the suspect into custody.
