This past spring I wrote about Busch helping sheltered dogs find a home by facilitating hundreds of foster commitments and adoptions of dogs by offering beer money with its “Foster a Dog” program.

Around the country shelters are seeing a huge increase in adoption rates, and especially here in Maine where we have always stepped up to the challenge to help our furry friends.

I have to admit when I saw the release of Busch Dog Brew, I was amused, excited, appreciative all at the same time. I'm sure you are thinking...is this real beer? does it have alcohol in it? And I love the idea of cracking a brew for myself, and my pooch at the end of the day!
