Normally, if you do not do as well one year as previous years, you create sales to draw in customers, well the Boston Red Sox are doing the opposite for the 2020 season. After winning the World Series in 2018, the Red Sox saw an increase of fans at Fenway for the 2019 season. Unfortunately they did not repeat the success they had in 2018 failing to make the playoffs with an 84-78 record. Now it looks like they're expecting more from their fans this season, according to Yahoo, they are raising their ticket prices by 1.7% across the board.
