If you have spent much time in Hallowell, there is a good chance that you have been by the Bodwell House Mansion at least a few times.  The Mansard-style building, which dates back to the 1850s, kind of sticks out.  And, considering the number of historic buildings in the town, that is saying something.

Well, thanks to a group of developers, you now have a chance to become a resident of this stunning mansion.

According to Realtor, the mansion is in the process of being converted into a quartet of condos.

The condo that is currently available, Unit 3, encompasses 878 square feet and has one bedroom and one bathroom.  It features hardwood floors throughout the unit, a large bedroom w/ fireplace and walk-in closet.  The kitchen has granite counters and high-end stainless steel appliances.

A short drive from Augusta, the property is also walking distance to all that Hallowell's Water Street has offer.
