Wild Easter Police Chase Ends in Way You’ll Never See Coming
Add another chapter to the well-known history of Los Angeles and police chases.
A woman who stole a pickup truck led police on a dangerous chase throughout suburban L.A. on Easter Sunday that ended when she tried to steal a squad car.
Take a look at the bizarre scene below:
The chase itself, which may have included the driver going over 100 miles per hour, featured some very bold moves, including riding over someone's front lawn and cruising through a median.
The carjacker also attempted to run over the woman who owns the truck. In the end, cops managed to find her because the car's owner left her phone, which has a "find my phone" app, in the vehicle.
The suspect failed in her bold move to steal a police cruiser and wound up being taken to the hospital due to an injury to her leg sustained during the ordeal.
There are no reports of other injuries.
