Maine starts the day with 1,241 active cases of COVID-19. 5,686 of the 7,077 cases recovered. There have been 150 deaths according to WMTW.  151 new cases and two additional deaths were reported yesterday.

The Maine CDC building in Augusta has been closed a deep clean after a confirmed case of COVID-19 according to WMTW.

Election results: Collins, Pingree, and Golden won their races. As of 3am the presidential race was still being calculated.

The final permits are in place for the 145-mile electricity transmission line in western Maine according to WMTW.  Work will start soon.

More rent relief is on the way for Mainers according to WMTW.
