Apparently, the town of Randolph is a dry town and has been for decades but the law hasn't been strictly enforced, until now.

An employee of Sun Sun, the popular Chinese restaurant in Randolph, Skye Lavoie, took to Facebook last night to reveal that the restaurant was officially told by the State of Maine that they could no longer serve alcohol.

In an effort to get the decision and ultimately the law reversed, Lavoie will be at Goggin's IGA in Randolph from 9 to 11 today, June 28th, collecting signatures on their petition. The requirements to sign the petition are that you have to be a Randolph resident and over the age of 18.

They only need 150 signatures and a petition is available to sign at Sun Sun as well if you can't make it to Goggin's IGA at the specified times.
