Scary Fun In Maine: Aquaboggan’s Trail Of Terror 2020 Is Happening Despite Pandemic
Let's just say what most of us are thinking: The coronavirus pandemic has sucked the fun out of 2020. Now, for the second time, Aquaboggan Waterpark in Saco, Maine is salvaging what's left of a year we can't wait to forget. Aquaboggan's Trail Of Terror is a reality for 2020, according to the park's Facebook page.
This year's haunted walk should be extra terrifying -- 30 minutes of spine-tingling fun. The description from Ticketbud sends chills down our spine:
Wrought with anxiety, the Banshee of the 'Boggan has created an offshoot of the trail that brought a new type of terror to the woods… Things are happening out there that cannot be explained. It seems that the virus has amplified her realm in the woods.
The Trail of Terror will be open every Friday and Saturday in October, starting October 2nd, 2020. Tickets cost $20 per adult and $10 per child, plus fees. Aquaboggan says the event is a not for profit fundraiser for Old Orchard Beach's free family-friendly events. Social distancing protocols will be in effect, and face masks or coverings are mandatory.
