Guy Spends 9 Excruciating Hours Finding the End of Excel Spreadsheet
"Let's get to the bottom of this" has never been quite so literal.
Hunter Hobbs cleared his schedule to dig deeper than any child in a sandbox who's dreamed of hitting China ever could by seeing how long it takes to get to the end of an Excel spreadsheet.
Make America great again? Puh-leeze. This man's dedication to exploration proves we already are. Well, that or he really has too much free time.
Like Shaggy, Fred, Velma, Daphne and Scooby, Hobbs managed to solve the mystery. He went all in on this experiment, too, holding the down arrow key until he finally reached the end. Miners don't go this far down because when all was said and done, he discovered it took nine hours, 36 minutes and 10 seconds to scroll until he hit the final row. And how many rows are we talking about? A total of 1,048,576 of them, which means he should be rewarded with a platinum record acknowledging his accomplishment.
To his credit, Hobbs admitted it was a dumb stunt, but, come on, you know you've always wanted to get to the end of an Excel spreadsheet. Let's just be thankful he did the job for us.
