I was just talking about Ayla this weekend. I always think of Ayla at this time of the year.  When she was reported missing seven years ago I was on vacation in Pennsylvania, just like last week.

While I never met Ayla, the nature of her disappearance and story have a strong hold in my heart.  She is central Maine's little girl.  We all want to know what happened.

The attorney for Ayla Reynolds's mother is ready to discuss potential litigation in the form a wrongful death lawsuit according to centralmaine.com.  Ayla has been missing from her father's home in Waterville for seven years. The dad says someone must have abducted Ayla during the night. The Maine state police say they believe she is dead. To date no charges have been filed.
