Van At Capitol Building In Augusta Barely Holding Itself Together…With What??

A friend captured a picture of this van parked, in Augusta, at the Capitol building.  I've seen cars in rough shape...but this takes the cake.  I've heard that duct tape can be used for anything.  I guess this is a GREAT advertisement validating that exact point.

Someone help this person out and just fix it for them.  A simple random act of kindness could really help a person in need.  Or maybe they want it like this.
