The Waterville Police Department is looking for the public's help. They have released a security camera photograph of the suspect in Thursday's (Feb. 12) robbery of TD Bank on Main Street.
Police are looking for a man in his 60s or 70s who robbed the Bank of Maine branch in Hallowell (June 23) today. Hallowell Police Chief Eric Nason said it happened around 10:15 this morning. A teller was given a note and the unarmed man was given an undisclosed amount of money.

Well, the New York Police Department wants pharmacies in and around NYC to fight prescription drug thefts by stocking pill bottles fitted with GPS tracking chips. With so many pharmacy robberies in Maine last year, we can see where this is a good idea.
