Obama Awards Biden Presidential Medal of Freedom

President Barack Obama is awarding Vice President Joe Biden the Presidential Medal of Freedom. 

The whole event was a surprise to Biden who became emotional during the event.

"This also gives the internet one last chance to talk about our bromance," Obama said.
