New Hampshire Is Getting a 5th Chick-fil-A, and It’s Opening Soon

New Hampshire's newest Chick-fil-A is opening very soon.

Back in March 2025, the town planning board approved the demolition of Outback Steakhouse in Seabrook to make way for the popular chicken franchise.

Now, a little over a year later, Chick-fil-A's fifth New Hampshire location is preparing for its upcoming debut.

When Does Chick-fil-A in Seabrook, New Hampshire, Open?

Chick-fil-A shared on its Instagram page the exciting update that it would be open in fall 2026.

As for an exact date for the restaurant? That hasn't been revealed. Yet.

But based on some of the recent social media updates, it sounds like a more specific answer will be available soon.

In fact, Chick-fil-A shared on September 10 that the restaurant's furniture had been installed, as well as the playroom being done (I know! A playroom!), with some finishing project items being checked off. So, an opening just has to be around the corner!

Where Is Chick-fil-A in Seabrook, New Hampshire, Located?

The new Seabrook Chick-fil-A is located at 712 Lafayette Road.

Outback Steakhouse was previously in that location, according to Patch.com, and opened its doors in May 2015. It was the last Outback Steakhouse in New Hampshire before it closed for good in 2024.

As a small aside, it's pretty wild to look at Google Street View and go back in time to this exact spot, seeing that there was basically nothing there at all about a decade ago.

There are four other Chick-fil-A locations in the state, including two in Nashua, one in Newington, and one in Salem.

What Will the Chick-fil-A in Seabrook, New Hampshire, Look Like?

The Chick-fil-A in Seabrook did not take over the old Outback Steakhouse. It is, in fact, a new build.

Yahoo reported that the new building would be a 5,800-square-foot, 70-seat restaurant, with a two-lane drive-thru and parking in the back. It will be interesting to see how the area handles a high flow of traffic at opening, because, like with most of these places, the turnout for chicken sandwiches and waffle fries is big.

It was briefly mentioned in one of the Chick-fil-A social media posts that a playroom is going in as well. This should make a lot of parents happy to have a place their kids can play and grab something to eat.

The only other location in New Hampshire with one is in Newington.
