One spot that had been on people's radar and waiting for an opening date was Oba Korean BBQ & Hotpot.

This Manchester restaurant was spotted taking shape back in May 2025 when the colorful signs went up out front at 371 South Willow Street.

Months later, Oba shared on its Facebook page that its soft opening would be December 13 and would offer a "one-person dining concept featuring premium hotpot and Korean-style barbecue."
