The Goat Bar and Grill Opening Another Massachusetts Location

We absolutely adore The Goat and all of their locations; Manchester, Hampton, Portsmouth and Newburyport. What's not to love? Live country music, 2 for 1 burger deals, fun cocktails, great people, they truly have it all. And there is nothing we love more than seeing new locations of The Goat pop up all over our great state and beyond.

Their newest location in Newburyport, Massachusetts, gave those North Shore kids a taste of what The Goat is cooking. The location has been thriving since it opened, especially around Christmas time when the whole top floor transformed into the North Pole.

Someone posted in the North Shore Dining Facebook page about a sign they saw go up in Salem, Massachusetts, where Flatbread used to be.

The news is definitely buzzing around Salem in local Facebook Groups and Reddit threads. People on the internet have opinions! Some negative, some positive.

The main takeaways are:

Salem has become a major bachelorette destination especially for the spooky seeking brides. The Goat is bringing Nashville to the Northshore and Bachelorette parties are going to eat this up.

Something else being talked about is the other country bar that is opening in Salem this month. I am reading the other one is called "Rivalry". Do I smell a rivalry between these two bars in the future?

And for all those asking, no Tom Brady does not own this bar.
