‘Just a Kid From Maine’ General Store Opening in Kennebunk

There's a good chance that somewhere along the way, whether it be on social media or in person, you've seen someone sporting a t-shirt that says "Just a Kid From Maine".

That signature line began appearing on clothing in 2016 thanks to Kyle Poissonnier and his company called Catalyst For Change.

The small company has been resolute in giving back. From raising money for mental health causes and suicide prevention, CFC wear has continued to maintain that each item sold donates money to a good cause.

For most fans of CFC wear, the chance to grab a new item has mostly lived on the internet. But coming very soon, you'll be able to shop CFC wear and more in downtown Kennebunk.

Catalyst For Change Set to Open Holiday Retail Location in Kennebunk, Maine

Shared on social media, Catalyst For Change will open a general store as part of the Shops at Morning Walk in Kennebunk, Maine.

CFC promises that you'll be able to find all of your classic favorites, including the 'Just a Kid From Maine' line as well as some new gear, surprises and exclusive items.

The tentative opening date for the Just a Kid From Maine General Store is Friday, November 21. They'll be located right next to Good Stock Maine.

CFC Will Unveil Official Prelude Merchandise As Part of Their Retail Store

The Just a Kid From Maine General Store will also be the official partner of one of Maine's most prominent holiday celebrations.

That would Prelude, an annual tradition in Kennebunkport. CFC is the official retailer for signature Prelude merchandise, which is a first for the annual celebration.

Prelude is Kennebunkport, Maine, happens from December 4 through 14.
