The Meow Cat Lounge at 630 Main Street in Westbrook is hosting a Yoga class with a room full of cats that are all up for adoption. Owner Anne Beal has more than 20 years of experience working with family pets through her pet boarding and sitting business, as well as offering foster care for numerous local shelters and rescue groups.

The Yoga classes are guided by professional Yoga instructors and everyone from beginners to those who have been taking Yoga classes for years are welcome. You can bring your own mat or they can provide you with one.

Classes are held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required since space is limited. Register for your class at meowcatlounge.com.

Smiling Hill Farm hosts Yoga classes with Yoga instructor Ashley Flowers of Portland.
This Yoga class takes place outside because that's where the goats hang out. It's a rain/snow or shine event throughout the year unless the weather gets dangerous.
All levels of experience are welcome and the goats range in age from 4-month-old kids to 13-year-old goats. Each session gives everyone plenty of time for snuggling the goats, but dress for the weather conditions. Bring your own mat or use one of the outdoor mats they provide.
Tickets and schedules are available through Eventbrite.
