The Newest Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake at Nothing Bundt Cakes is Incredible

I need everyone to stop what they're doing for just a second because I have discovered something dangerous. 

The newest Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Scarborough. 

I picked one up thinking, "Oh, this will be a nice little treat."  Friends... This is not a little treat. 

This is the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes after the first bite and honestly scream and dance. You know that first bite dance move.

The cake itself is unbelievably soft and moist (yes, I said moist), but the real surprise is hiding in the middle. There's a gooey swirl of caramel, cinnamon, and brown sugar frosting tucked right into the center, so every bite tastes like the best part of a fresh cinnamon roll. 

The moment I bit into this dessert I remembered my favorite homemade cinnamon roll transformed into a cake.

This golden yellow Bundtlet is packed with buttery brown sugar and cinnamon, then filled and topped with rich cinnamon caramel sauce for an extra gooey finish.

I fully understand why people end up wishing they had grabbed two instead of one.

It honestly tastes like someone took a warm cinnamon roll fresh out of the oven and transformed it into the fluffiest cake imaginable. 

This is a new menu item and they've already sold hundreds. 

If you're a cinnamon roll person, you owe it to yourself to try this. If you're not a cinnamon roll person... this cake might convert you. 

This bakery also has so many other delicious treats.

I also got to try the S'mores and Lemon-Raspberry flavors, and both were fantastic. The S'mores is a rich chocolate cake loaded with HERSHEY'S milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and a buttery graham streusel topping, while the Lemon-Raspberry is a light, refreshing lemon cake swirled with bright raspberry purée.

They're both worth trying if you spot them in the bakery!
