Litchfield, Maine, Farm Offers Free Baby Goat Snuggles
Iron Leaf Farm is having an Open Farm Day, and it comes with free baby goat snuggles.
Anne Seeber and her husband own Iron Leaf Farm. They have Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, ducks, chickens, and geese. Every year on the first Saturday of May, they have a big Open Farm Day event. This year, it is Saturday, May 3, from 10 am to 4 pm (with a rain date of Saturday, May 10).
It's kidding season, and they have over 30 sweet goat kids ready for you to snuggle. Prepare yourself for all the feels. It's a fun day of goat kid snuggles, visits with the other animals, and the chance to shop local farm vendors and craftsmen!

Having had the chance to snuggle a baby goat kid, I can't recommend this enough. Not just for your own kids, but for you and YOUR nervous system. Nothing is more soothing and just plain loving. It's a big day of tons of awwwwwwwws.
Over 30 vendors are at Iron Leaf Open Farm Day – BRING CASH!
Not all the vendors accept card payment, so be prepared because you know you're going to see something you want!
Last year, over 700 people came to see the baby goats and all the vendors, grab a fun bite to eat, and visit the bake sale. You can't get more Maine than this. Get ready to have an amazing experience with lots and lots of snuggly love.
