Finding a bite to eat before a show is key...

For so many reasons, it's probably a good idea to have a full belly as you head into a show. Sure, concession prices are a factor, but also you want to get it out of the way early, so you don't feel all bogged down and full. And, it's always a good idea to get a solid foundation under you, should you decide to have a few pops at the show.

But for people who don't live in the immediate area, it can be extremely useful to know where there might be a few places you could go. Or sometimes, in the moment, you draw a blank, even if you live around the area. Even better, if you can grab a list of places that you could walk to, that just makes it perfect.

Finding a place to park is bad enough.

It doesn't really matter where a show is, finding a place to park that somewhat close by can be an issue when seeing a concert on Bangor's waterfront. There is a parking garage, but it fills up pretty fast. But once you secure your spot, then the hunt for food begins.

It's the second most important part of the experience, right after parking. The third, of course, is a convenience store after the show to get yourself set up with road snacks. Once all these needs are met, it's time to rock. You'd be amazed what a little bit of prep work ahead of time does to increase your enjoyment level at a show.

So if you're curious where to head off to once your car is all safe and sound, any one of the places on this list will get you hooked up 100%. And truly, the best part of this list, is that the furthest spot from the waterfront is only half a mile. So you could literally be there on foot in 10-15 minutes, tops. So... Let's check it out...
