Atlantic Brewing Company in Bar Harbor, Maine
Atlantic Brewing is a family-owned brewery located in Bar Harbor.
According to the Maine Brewers' Guild, Atlantic Brewing began as Acadia Brewing in 1990 and first opened inside the Lompoc Cafe in downtown Bar Harbor.
They have a brewery on a 10-acre farm minutes from downtown Bar Harbor on Knox Road. It has a tasting room and is open to visitors during the summer season.
Atlantic Brewing also has a downtown location on Cottage Street, a modern brewery and taproom focusing on pilot and specialty batches.
One of their more popular brews is their Bar Harbor Blueberry Ale, a light fruit ale, made with Maine wild blueberries.
Fogtown Brewing Company in Ellsworth, Maine
Fogtown Brewing is located in Ellsworth.
The Maine Brewers' Guild says Fogtown opened in 2017, and the company currently has a brewery and beer garden, which is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven, on Pine Street in Ellsworth.
One of their more popular beers is Night Nurse, an American Stout.
Fogtown says it's a multi-award-winning beer made with organic oats and dark chocolate malts.
Airline Brewing Company in Ellsworth and Amherst, Maine
Airline Brewing Company has a pub on Main Street in Ellsworth and a brewery in Amherst, which is a little east of Bangor.
The Maine Brewers' Guild says Airline Brewing was established in 2014 in a historic furniture mill, and the company specializes in British and Old World style Beers and Real Cask Ales.
The company opened the doors to its English-themed Pub in Ellsworth in the summer of 2016.
One of their popular beers is their English Pub Ale.
Maine is always a great destination for people seeking stunning scenery and lots of outdoor activities.
