
Maine’s Oldest Winery Listed for Nearly $1.8 Million

The Bartlett Maine Estate Winery holds award winning wild blueberry wines and other super rare and unique fruit blends, they are coveted and respected and now, for sale.
The winery has officially hit the market for a whopping $1.795 million dollars, as per the article.
They were founded all the way back in 1983 by Bob and Kathe Bartlett and is a Gouldsboro gem. Known as Maine’s oldest winery, they sit on 20 acres on Schoodic Peninsula and offer more then just vino.
This place is a true Maine treasure as Bob and Kathe started their adventure, together.
Kimberly Swan from Swan Agency Real Estate is representing the sellers and says,
“The Bartletts were an integral part of the beginning of wineries in Maine and their efforts will always be remembered in the industry.”
Their first batch of blueberry wine sold out within a week and they have been going strong since.
Today, the winery makes almost 7,000 cases a year and has over 20 varieties of wines. Their selection ranges from dry blueberry reds to blackberry dessert wines and even small-batch rum. Yum.
