According to the Lewiston Sun Journal, lovers of Quebecois-style foods will be excited about the newest offering at the Auburn Mall.

After finding out that Papa Ginos had left all of their kitchen equipment behind, Francis Gagnon and chef John Pulsifer approached mall management with an offer to open a Franco-American restaurant in the space.  The offer was accepted and Pierrette’s C’est Si Bon Cafe was born!

They plan to serve traditional items like pork pies (tourtiere), French bread pizza, poutine, and sandwiches.  Plus, on the weekends, they plan to do a buffet.

Their plan is to be open by early Fall.
