Disney is offically our overlord. On top of Disney+ they have announced they now have full control of HULU, the second largest streaming service after Netflix. According to comicbook.com Disney has full operations control of HULU with Comcast still owning 33% of the service. There is a 5 year contract on the deal at which point Comcast could require Disney to purchase NBC Universals 33%. Because Comcast has agreed to air all of NBC Universals content until then.

Disney, who owns Marvel, has announced multiple new Marvel Series exclusively for HULU including, Ghost Rider, and a show based on Howard the Duck.
