$500,000 Bail Set for Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Elderly Waterville Woman
Mark Halle, 32 of Waterville is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman in Waterville earlier this month. Today (Feb. 17) the judge, in his case, set bail at $500,000. The state had requested that he be held without bail. The bail has a condition that Halle does not contact the victim or be near her residence.
