3 Vassalboro Residents Arrested And Charged With Selling Drugs Near Vassalboro Elementary School Identified

VASSALBORO - ON Friday, March 24, 2017, Trooper GJ Neagle of the Troop C- Skowhegan Barracks, completed a drug investigation at 1088 Webber Pind Road in Vassalboro next to the Vassalboro Elementary School.
As a result of the investigation State Police arrested Joshua Vogel, 36 of Vassalboro for Aggravated Furnishing Schedule Z Drugs, Class C and four counts of Unlawful Possession of Schedule Z Drugs, Class E. Linda Moore, 45 of Vassalboro was arrested for Obstructing Government Administration, Class D and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Z Drugs, Class E. Patrick Linteri, 34 also of Vassalboro was summonsed for Unlawful Possession of Schedule Z Drugs, Class E. Vogel’s charge of Aggravated Furnishing Schedule Z Drugs stems from furnishing schedule Z drugs within one thousand feet of a school zone.
Sergeant Blaine Bronson, Corporal Rick Moody , Tr. GJ Neagle and Troop C Investigators Reid Bond and Blake Conrad seized a variety of illegal pills including Dronabinol, Clonidine, Lorazepam, Clonazepam and Meloxicam during the search. Vogel was being held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and Moore was being held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail at the Kennebec County Correctional Facility.
