This Saturday, November 18th, Feed My Starving Children is partnering with Kennebec Community Church for a packing event at Cony High School.  The goal?  To pack 100,000 meals that will be sent to families in the developing world.  Here's how you can help.

Over the course of three sessions (9 AM, Noon, and 2:30 PM), the bulk food will be hand-packed, assembly line style, into "Mannapacks".  The food is then donated to missionaries and humanitarian organizations working in 70 countries around the world.

This video explains more about the process and the organization

It takes hundreds of volunteers to pack 100,000 meals.  Want to donate a few hours of your time?  CLICK HERE to find out more and to register.  They especially need people for the noon session, but will take volunteers for all 9 AM or 2:30 PM as well.  And, if you don't have the time but still want to help, you can make a monetary donation at the same link.

Following the packing event, at 6 PM, there'll be an after party at Kennebec Community Church with refreshments, live music, and words from Feed My Starving Children reps.
