Daily Living Supports Program (DLS) studies all the history of the clients, discusses their needs and problems, and guides them to meet those needs. After researching all about the clients' history and background, manner of thinking, capabilities, and other important things; the DLS worker puts forth a wide range of choices that would support the clients with improving their life skills and dealing with their diagnosis. The DLS worker then guides the clients to choose the most appropriate one according to their needs. Daily Living Supports worker assess the client’s mental and physical condition and discusses the problems and treatment options with doctors/providers. Daily Living Skills consults with the Community Integration Worker, providers, the client’s family members regarding needs and goals of the client to obtain stability in the community. DLS Program has to make every possible resource available that will be beneficial for the client's well-being. The DLS worker works with the Community Integration Worker to assist client in meeting goals and learning skills to maintain in the community and a safe environment by working on goals and measurable objectives. The ultimate goal is to have the clientele be independent and successful in the community.

POSITION SUMMARY: To provide the administration of medicines based on current state regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Receives report at the beginning of shift with nurses. Reports any observations concerning customer condition, emergency situations or difficulties with medications to the supervising nurse throughout shift should they occur;
2. Administers routine oral, topical and suppository medications as prescribed by the physician. Document same on MAR;
3. Administers prn medications as prescribed by the physician, as directed by the licensed nurse. Documents same on MAR;
4. Maintains medication supply, assists with ordering of new medications, reorders existing medications and restocks medicine carts as needed;
5. Recognizes the significance and is able to perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy;
6. Maintains current knowledge base regarding any medication he/she administers. Investigates/looks up unknown medications before administration;
7. Checks all first doses against physician order sheet; does not administer medication based on verbal order of nurse;
8. Prepares, administers and charts oral, topical and suppository medication as prescribed by physician;
9. Processes physician's orders to ensure proper administration;
10. Orders medications, as indicated by doctor's orders;
11. Participates in the completion of treatments of customers as directed by a Licensed Nurse;
12. Notes and reports any unusual conditions, emergency situations, or difficulties with medication to the Licensed Nurse;
13. Cleans medication treatment carts and medicine room;
14. Stocks medicine room;
15. Performs Certified Nursing Assistant duties as needed;
16. Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights;
17. Performs other duties as requested.

Responsibilities
The Individual Living Skills Specialist is responsible for the direct care work guided by a client’s plan of care. Duties include but are not limited to assisting and skill teaching an individual the essential functions of daily living such as laundry, house maintenance, financial budgeting, health and psychiatric coping skills, medication monitoring, cooking, and self care activities. Documentation of skills teaching and progress must be maintained and accurately provided for the client’s clinical chart. Participation in clinical supervision is required and good communication skills with supervisor to maintain the clients safety and well being is essential to the position. ILS position requires an individual to have the ability to work 1:1 effectively with multiple individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Experience/Qualification
This qualified candidate needs to hold a valid High School Diploma and an MHRT1 certification through the Muskie Institute within 1 year of hire. BHP Mentor

We are hiring for the following areas: Wiscasset, Bath, Winthrop, Lewiston and Farmingdale

Responsibilities
The BHP mentor provides direct care to a child experiencing difficulties with stabilization in current environment. The mentor will work under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician providing therapy to the family in the home. The mentor’s specific duties will be directed through an individual treatment plan developed with the family and clinical team. Treatment goals will include the development of coping skills, increasing family communication, increasing comfort in social situations, and modification with interfering behaviors.

Experience/Qualifications
The individual qualified must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Behavioral Health Concerns. The qualified candidate needs to hold a valid Bachelors Degree from an accredited learning institute, or produce a transcript with evidence that candidate is in the Senior year of a degree program at an accredited learning institute. The position further requires that the individual attend and complete an approved Behavioral Health Profession certification (BHP) within 1 year of hire. HCT Clinician – Central Maine

Responsibilities
The Clinician responsibilities include but are not limited to providing clinical therapy to families and children as risk for out of home placement. The primary focus of treatment is to stabilize the family cohort as it relates to the identified child who is experiencing difficulties with stabilization in current environment. The clinician will provide family and individual therapeutic guidance in the home, as well as collateral work with family’s and child’s support system to guide stability following treatment. The clinician will guide treatment through a comprehensive treatment plan developed with the family and support team if indicated. Goals developed through the treatment plan process will the responsibilities of the clinicians to guide treatment of the BHP mentor assigned to assist in goal achievement. The Clinical responsibilities will include but not be limited to a comprehensive assessment of the child and family needs, clinical approval for amount of services based on need through the APS managed care system, development of treatment plan, tracking of progress through clinical notes and administration of the YOQ, provision of therapy and oversight of BHP mentor, and planning of discharge.

Experience/Qualifications
The Clinician for Children and Families at Risk position requires appropriately educated staff as set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services, State of Maine. The individual qualified must have a minimum licensure of LCPC, LCPC-c, LCSW, LMSW-cc, or LMFT. Townsquare Media Augusta is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to lead all digital sales initiatives in the market. The DSM will be accountable for the digital revenue goals of the local sales team and will work closely with the Director of Sales/Market Manager to create unique and valuable cross-platform programs to generate results for clients and repeatable revenues. These digital initiatives include display, streaming, custom sites, loyalty programs, e-commerce, Seize the Deal, Townsquare Interactive and other digital products. The position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the presence to enhance overall digital revenues while motivating our account executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support, coach and train account executives
  • Spend the majority of your time (75% plus) on the street making face to face sales calls
