Police are investigating a death and a pair of injuries stemming from a confrontation in a home in Rangeley. According to WCSH  the police say the public is not at risk, all involved knw to each other and the home was targeted.

Yesterday’s thunderstorms cut the power and caused some damage yesterday in central Maine. According to centralmaine.com, over four thousand CMP customers were without power at one point yesterday.

New drug is starting to show up, Carfentanil. According to centralmaine.com, it is a large animal sedative and is suspected in a few heroin over doses in the US already. More powerful drugs are being mixed in to up the heroin’s effect.
