According to the Sanford Police Department Facebook page, the Federal Bureau of Investigations is offering a $5,000 reward for information about the whereabouts of Joshua Patrick Weldon.

On August 13, 2018, Weldon was arrested by the FBI in Alfred, Maine for Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond on October 23, he was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.  On October 24th, Weldon failed to report to the sober house where he was ordered to reside.  An arrest warrant was issued when he failed to show up to a probation meeting on October 25th.   On November 6th, Sanford police located a vehicle he was believed to be traveling in and attempted to stop it.  The vehicle fled at high speeds.  Eventually, he made his way to his current residence in Springvale where, after being refused entry, he broke in.

Weldon is described as a white male, approximately 26 years old, with black, short hair, brown eyes, and ear gauges. He was last seen with a brown, short beard. He’s approximately 5’10” in height, and weighs around 255 pounds.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
