Many Mainers Without Power This Morning

Winter is here and so it the weather. Winter Storm Fortis is bringing snow and rain AND power outages!  
As of 3.30am on Friday December 30, 2016 Central Maine Power was reporting about 61,000 people without power. Emera Maine was reporting just over 12,000 locations with out power.
