Augusta Police arrested a Farmingdale man Wednesday night for fleeing a traffic stop Monday night.

Arrested was Zachary Carey, 21, of Farmingdale.

Carey was spotted on Civic Center Drive Wednesday night by Augusta Police.

According to WMTW8.com, Police said they seized 0.4 grams of heroin and 5.4 grams of crack cocaine, which was packaged for sale.

Police said they also seized a scale and a large sum of money.

Carey is charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violation of probation and aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. His bail was set at $5,000.
