Happy Mother’s Day: Maine #7 on List of Best States for Working Mothers

Well, the northeast over all did well on the Wallethub.com list of the best states for working mothers.  In the top ten half of the list were New England states and 8 are northeast states. 

Maine was #7 on the list that was topped by Vermont.

Louisiana and Alabama were the bottom on the list.

It is an interesting read on working mothers and women in general and some of the very real inequalities that still exist.
