The kids at Portland's Barbara Bush Children's Hospital got a huge surprise today as New England Patriots' tight end Rob Gronkowski stopped by the hospital in Portland for a visit and to make a sizable donation.

According to a release from MaineHealth, Gronkowski, along with members of his family, presented the hospital with a $25,000 check from the proceeds of two raffles by Gronk Nation. One was for tickets to the AFC Championship Game and the other was for tickets to the Super Bowl.

Gronk even showed the kids how to do the famous "Gronk Spike," and the hospital shared the photos on its Facebook page.
