Andrew Day was visiting his parents in Bangor when he spotted something strange.  At first, he thought it was a large ball of fur tumbling down the street or a VERY large squirrel.  It turned out to be a group of 4 baby squirrels tied together by their tails.  Since being stuck together made a very easy target for predators, Andrew and his dad stepped in to help.

Jedi is a service dog that was a wish granted to Connor Sawtelle by Make A Wish of Maine.  Connor suffers with the debilitating effects of chiari malformation.  Jedi, who traveled all the way from Colorado, will help Connor with his day to day activities.  Today, Jedi has finally reached his forever home in the arms of Connor.

The world has had all eyes on the Animal Adventure Park in NY, as we all patiently waited the arrival of April & Oliver's baby giraffe.  Live streaming could be seen on YouTube from a couple of months until April finally delivered, a bouncing baby boy, on April 15th.  Now, we are all waiting for Baby G to have a name.  Drum roll please....

If you've  had enough of seeing April, the giraffe, populating your newsfeed on Facebook...then you're not alone.  I will admit, I sneaked a peek for the first three days.  But, now we're over a week of watching nothing.  I'm beginning to think this is just one big April Fool's joke.  (And now that I've written this, you watch...she'll finally pop.)
