Luke Skywalker’s Rumored Bling in ‘The Last Jedi’ Could Be Very Important
When we last saw Luke Skywalker, he had just flipped the gray hood of his grayer robes off of his head with a flourish to reveal his extremely gray wise man beard and to fix Rey with his piercing gray eyes. Word on the street is he’ll definitely have more lines in The Last Jedi, and probably at least one more outfit. A new rumor also suggests he has some new jewelry that might have something to do with his past and Darth Vader. [Be advised: this gets into some kindaaa spoilery territory, so if you want to go into The Last Jedi blind, run away!]
Clint Eastwood Boards ‘The 15:17 to Paris’ True-Story Terrorist Movie
You may remember, a few years ago in 2015, reading a news story about two American soldiers and their buddy who saved a whole train full of people traveling to France from terrorist hijackers. It’s your classic tale of American bravery in the face of grave danger, and so is right up the alley of someone like Clint Eastwood. The actor-turned-director, whose latest efforts include American-bravery-in-the-face-of-grave-danger movies such as American Sniper and Sully, has decided to take on the story of the train, titled The 15:17 to Paris.

Disney’s Live-Action ‘Mulan’ Might Have Songs After All
Last week, the Internet entered into something of a panic when it was announced that Niki Caro, the director of the live-action Mulan remake, didn’t have any songs planned for the movie. For those of you who were bereft at the thought of no “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” army training/dance number, don’t freak out yet. While there aren’t any songs in the script right now, that doesn’t mean there won’t be any at all.
Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ Gets the Animated Movie Treatment

Now, Universal has optioned the movie rights, and is turning the story into an animated movie.
Here’s Why ‘Beauty and the Beast’ Features a Flashback to Belle’s Mother
One of the things that’s different about the new Beauty and the Beast — other than the fact that it’s live-action — is that it’s 45 minutes longer than the original animated movie. There are a few new additions: expanded characters, three completely new songs, and some extended flashbacks. One of these flashbacks is an answer to one mystery die-hard Beauty and the Beast fans have been asking since 1991: What happened to Belle’s mother?
‘Hidden Figures’ Beats ‘La La Land’ for Best Picture in Moviegoer Oscar Poll
