After graduating high school, Cooper attended the New England School of Communications at Husson University in Bangor. Prior to his current position with Townsquare Media, Cooper worked for radio station and media companies across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Pennsylvania. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his kids and DJing at events and nightclubs.

The newspaper is reporting that the deceased man is 36 year old Tyler Morin.
