Augusta PD and Maine Drug Enforcement Agents Make Bust In Augusta

According to Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland, Augusta PD and Maine Drug Enforcement agents made a significant drug bust at an Augusta motel yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

The bust, made at a motel on Edison Drive, lead to the arrest of 3 men: 41 year old Travis Moore of Augusta, 20 year old Stephon Sullivan or New York City, and 19 year old Sammy

Virella of New York City.  Following their arrests, the men were taken to the Kennebec County Jail and charged with aggravated trafficking of a schedule "W" drug.

Law enforcement seized 43 grams of heroin, 23 grams of cocaine, and over $3,500 in cash from the room.
